The Nai Cafe @ Shah Alam offers 'Udang Galah'

Let me straight forward on what I had for the lunch today. A cafe that offers 'Udang Galah' or giant freshwater prawn. According to the boss, they got the prawn freshly supply from Sabah. From the look and the smell, it feel mouth watering with the famous local food taste .

The Nai Cafe offers 'Udang Galah' and Char Kuey Teow as their specialities. Upon conversations with the boss which grown up from a fish village at Rompin, he describes a fresh giant prawns has a 'black bag' when pull out the head and it taste sweet chewy.

Ingredients are ready to cook by the chef at outdoor. First, the chef will fried the giant prawn to give a beautiful presentations and then Char Kuey Teow. The giant prawn are divided into 2 gred, which gred A is big while gred B is a bit smaller size.

Char Kuey Teow Kering Lembab RM 12.90

Char Kuey Teow Basah RM 12.90

Udang Galah Spicy Cream Butter RM 14.90

Udang Galah Sambal Tumis RM 14.90

Udang Galah Tomyam RM 14.90

Udang Galah Masak Lemak Cili Padi RM 14.90

Nasi Goreng Udang Galah RM 12.90

My rating for the food is 4/5. The giant prawn definitely taste good coupled with our local food taste. The char kuey teow was not disappointed me at all as I have high expectations on how it should cook well. Others dishes are served with a plate of white rice to enjoy. My favourite goes to 'Udang Galah Masak
Lemak Cili Padi' as the spiciness was just nice to tolerate. As you can see the price is affordable by everyone to enjoy a good food. Should you no worries as it's Halal food.

The locations are ease to find using waze. As you can see street parking are available. At the moment, this area are still quite new. The Nai Cafe opened from 8 am - 11 pm. I like the interior settings which give the modern and casual like atmosphere that is comfortable just like in the cafe. However, you won't get to order a cup of coffee yet. It's a great place to dine in, enjoy the food and relax. Thanks to The Nai Cafe and Miera (Lifestyle Blogger) for the invitations.
