BMS Organics SUGAR FREE Moon cake for Mid Autumn Festival 2016


Mid Autumn festival is coming soon in the September 2016 celebrated by Chinese as gathering, thanks giving and praying. Glowing moon, bright lanterns and what we must eat and love to eat is moon cakes!! I'm excited to check out what BMS Organics offer a moon cakes with sugar free and low in fat. Pink Lady 10 Grain Beetroot
  Used oat milk powder to improves blood circulations and lotus seed paste fillings coupled with the natural colouring of the outer layer sourced from beetroot juice.



Bamboo Charcoal Black Sesame
Used 100% pure black sesame powder, the unique smoky aroma is packed with calcium and iron. Its black outer layer is craftily made from bamboo charcoal. 



Green Balance Macha Red Bean 
Used organic wheat grass and barley grass powder which is rich in chlorophyll helps in blood replenishing and cleansing. The red beans offers gentle sweetness and smoothness to the palate while the natural green tea powder made up the exterior.



Pure Lotus with Yolk 
The salted aromatic egg yolk fused splendidly with a classic sweet pure lotus seed paste.

The moon cakes presentation look cute, tasted sweet, smooth texture and aroma rich. Just in mind if you need to cut the moon cakes into pieces, it might not hold the pieces well and less oil seen. I personally recommended this organic moon cakes for a vegetarian, halal, people with hypertension and diabetes to enjoy in a healthier conditions.
