Hi everyone, This is my first time to this wellness center and I have no idea of what is this FIR gonna do.  Lets find out together here with me.  Before the FIR session, I have to answer a few questionnaire as below.  So here is the things, my first thought is, this is just look like a normal sauna spa cabins.  But the staff there has explained to me about the FIR therapy.  So what it is so great about this FIR can do?
