Visiting to My FIR Wellness, THE RIGHT CHOICE FOR YOUR FAMILY.

This is my first time to this wellness center and I have no idea of what is this FIR gonna do.

Before the FIR session, I have to answer a few questionnaire as below.

So here is the things, my first thought is, this is just look like a normal sauna spa cabins.

But the staff there has explained to me about the FIR therapy.

So what it is so great about this FIR can do?

Note: You will need to take out all the clothes before enter the FIR cabins.

But no worries, this cabins is put in a room for privacy.

From the outside of the FIR cabins. The staff had adjusted the time for me about 30 min with temperature 41'C as my first trial.

From the inside of the FIR cabin is playing the information to get more understanding regarding the FIR therapy.

During the FIR therapy in the cabin, I got to read about the far infared ray.

FIR (far infared ray) is an invisible heat ray that similar to the sunlight and are very beneficial to humans well being through sweating process.

My experience sitting inside the FIR cabin is it doesn't feel dehydrated and giddiness as much compared to the normal sauna spa because the heat ray penetrate into the body to help circulation and oxygenation rather than the conduction and convection process.

After the FIR therapy, you will just need to wipe your body with towel.
