Hello everyone, welcome back for another flower tea brewing session with Hi Tea. If you have not seen my previous post, you may go to this link to get more information about Hi Tea and step by step how to mix and brew a flower tea. So for this time, I'm going to show you how to brew a fruit tea and blooming tea instead of flower tea. Ready?
Blueberry Fruit Tea
Above is the blueberry fruit tea that had been brewed out. Place a tea spoon amount, add 300 ml of hot water and steep it for 3-5 minutes. For this one fruit tea is tasted sweet so you no need to add any sweetener. You may just go for the natural sweet taste and the reddish pink tea smell so aromatic. I think this is my most favourite tea from Hi tea. Drinking blueberry fruit tea provides you a high antioxidants and also high in fiber. So you may start to drink flower tea that are natural and also provides more health benefits to you.
Blooming Tea
This is the most interesting part in brewing a blooming flower tea. Just add 300 ml of hot water and steep it for 3-5 minutes. As you can see above, it's blooming out to fully unfurl. Looking at it usual tea colour, it's smell aroma of flower but it taste bitter. So for this one, you need to add on honey for a better taste. Watch the video below on how to brew a blooming tea. I'm sure you're going to get excited to see how the blooming was. Enjoy your tea!!
