Première Hotel located in Bandar Bukit Tinggi, Klang is a 4-star hotel which offers an array of authentic dining options for cosmopolitan travellers at our food and beverage outlet namely The Buzz, Royal Gourmet and Ichi PoolBar. The Buzz is a restaurant that offers a culinary feast of local and international flavours, Royal Gourmet serves unique Chinese authentic dishes whereas Ichi Pool Bar is a breezy bar-restaurant serves finger foods, burgers and pizza overlooking the swimming pool.

Authentic local dishes, the Hainanese Chicken Rice.

Taking the Hainanese chicken rice is a dish that consists of succulent steamed chicken cut into bite-size pieces with underneath bean sprout and served with fragrant rice and some light soy sauce. The dish is topped with sprigs of coriander leaf and accompanied by ginger and chili dip. Hainanese Chicken Rice is priced at RM22+ per set.

Unique western dishes, Baked Salmon in Puff Pastry.

Next up is the Baked Salmon in Puff Pastry. Baked Salmon in Puff Pastry is a healthy, simple and yet delicious fish dish created for your enjoyment. This promotion features a fillet of fresh salmon and cheese wrapped in puff pastry like a present, and then baked until the pastry is deeply golden, puffed and crispy and is served with fresh potato wedges and crunchy vegetables. For me this is my favourite dishes. Available only at RM29+ per set.
