Taking the Hainanese chicken rice is a dish that consists of succulent steamed chicken cut into bite-size pieces with underneath bean sprout and served with fragrant rice and some light soy sauce. The dish is topped with sprigs of coriander leaf and accompanied by ginger and chili dip. Hainanese Chicken Rice is priced at RM22+ per set.
Next up is the Baked Salmon in Puff Pastry. Baked Salmon in Puff Pastry is a healthy, simple and yet delicious fish dish created for your enjoyment. This promotion features a fillet of fresh salmon and cheese wrapped in puff pastry like a present, and then baked until the pastry is deeply golden, puffed and crispy and is served with fresh potato wedges and crunchy vegetables. For me this is my favourite dishes. Available only at RM29+ per set.
