When I was attending this event, I was just having post-retinol side effects of redness, itchiness, and burning sensation, and it usually took me a week plus to recover from my past experience. To my surprise, I was just taking this oral ceramide every day conveniently and delicious, my symptoms recovered faster; I see my skin improved in 3 to 4 days. Also not forgetting the outer beauty of using the same and consistent skin care to moisturize. From consuming it, I don't feel any side effects like diarrhea or allergies; so it's safe to go. I think I'm going to look up this product at Guardian for promotion from time to time.
